Imoonit.com is an online exercise and training management system.
The system
has two sections, the first is you as a team leader where you control
the scene by designing, and changing yours and your athletes/clients
workout sessions. The second, is design for your athletes where (depending on
the level of authority that you give them) they can view, add, edit, or
delete their training sessions. In both sections users can print reports
and plot graphs to check their workout session and progress.
Team leader: There are 4 types of team leaders. Team leader
with 5, 10, 20, or unlimited athletes. The type of team leader depends
on your subscription package. Using a very simple and easy to use
athletes pick list, team leader can control workout sessions of all
the team members.
Athletes: members can login and check only their workout
sessions. If approved they can also create, change, and delete workout
plans. Just
think your athletes/clients have no more hassles trying to contact you. Now they
are in control.
The system is divided into 5 areas:
Member area: In the member area members can see
their status, and apply their preferred settings e.g. date format, measuring units etc.
Athlete area: here is where members can view or change their details, such as contact details and anthropometric data. Anthropometric
data include height, weight, % fat, and BMI measurements. The way to
measure and calculate %fat is explained. You can also use
imoonit.com calculator for calculating %fat. In addition, automatic BMI
calculations is provided.
Sessions area: here is where you enter yours and your members
workout sessions. Viewing, adding, editing, or deleing sessions never
been so easy with incredibly user friendly and well design screens and
features. For example, you can navigate from one session to
another by using a flexible table or by selecting specific day from the
displayed calendar.
Tables area: here is where you can add your own exercises,
body-parts, training components, phases, and periods. Allowing you to
create your own training terms is our goal. The system is so flexible
that each team can create their own training language. This include the option for you to see only
your exercises without seeing the system default list of
exercises. But don't get me wrong, you are more than welcome to use the
system's +100 exercises that include strength, agility, flexibility,
endurance and much more.
Reports area: for many this is considered to be the most
important section. Here is were you print tables and reports of your
workouts. You can
also print graphs to analyze your progress over time. For example, you can
plot the changes of your
weight, BMI, and %fat. You can also print graphs of hart-rate
oscillation during your endurance workout sessions. Moreover, the reports
section offers a filter
mechanism that allows you to create sophisticated report, such as, the total volume
that you lifted in any chosen exercise during the past month.
